Is there any extra cost if I live outside the
UK mainland?
No, we are one of the only companies that apply the same
delivery rate no matter where you live in Ireland or UK (Isle of Sky,
Jura, Shetlands...anywhere), for some destination the delivery time
may slightly longer (no more than a couple of days usually).For shipping
cost to the rest of the world, please contact us by email.Note
that all our shipment is “Sign in” at reception, so make sure someone
will be available to receive your parcel.

How do I get free delivery to ALL of UK and

My parcel has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Make sure before you sign at reception of your parcel
that the packaging is not damaged, if you have any doubt
please check the content before accepting the item, leave
the parcel as it arrived complete with the original packaging
and contact us immediately.

make sure someone will be available to receive your parcel.
The driver will require a signature on delivery. It is
therefore vital that customers provide a delivery address
where someone will be available to sign for delivery between
8:30 and 17:30 weekdays.

options, can I still purchase from you?
Yes, simply contact us by email or phone ( Monday to
