Delivery
Paletteworld delivers to the United Kindom and the Republic of Ireland
for free for all orders over £45
(£3.90 under £45).
For the rest of Europe we are offering free delivery for orders
over £125.00 ( £11.50 under £125.00).
Most of our deliveries are sent out within 2 to 3 days of receipt
of order. Except in the case of small lightweight packages which
are sent by post, our consignments are delivered by special courier
service.
The driver will require a signature on delivery. It is therefore
vital that customers provide a delivery address where someone will
be available to sign for delivery between 8:30 and 17:30 weekdays.
Weekend or timed deliveries can be arranged at extra cost. Mainland
UK and ROI deliveries will be charged as follows:

All our prices include UK VAT at the current rate.
The VAT amount will be shown separately on the invoice which will
accompany your order. If you chose to pay by credit card (Mastercard,
Visa, Switch/Maestro, Delta or Amex) using our secure server link,
leave the drop down selection set at "Credit Card".Other
methods of payment are available. To arrange payment by any other
method please email, phone or fax us. We will then arrange for you
to send your order and payment by post enclosing a cheque drawn
on UK Bank. Fax us your order and credit or debit card details.
Telephone our order line on or email, giving details of your credit
or debit card. Click on "Complete Order & Enter Payment
Details" bar to proceed to the final step in the ordering process.
A summary of your order including any carriage charge will be displayed.
If you selected "Credit Card" payment you should complete
at least those fields marked "required" before clicking
on the "Complete Order" at the bottom of the page.
If you selected "Phone, Fax or email"
click on " Complete Order & Enter Payment Details "
enter the minimum personal details required and click on "Complete
Order" Your final order will be displayed on screen. Click
the print page button to print. (Ensure you set to print to your
local printer. Your order will not be processed until we have your
instructions by phone, fax email or mail.

Security Policy
Palette World holds a security certificate verifying the security
and ownership of our site. Payment details entered during order
processing are temporarily stored within a secure server and communicated
to us in secure encrypted form. Your card is only debited once your
order is ready for despatch. As a Northern Ireland based company
all our credit card transactions are processed by in the UK. Credit
and Debit card details are used only once per transaction and, following
authorisation by your card issuer, they are not stored on our web
server or retained with customer data.

Your Right of Return
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please return it to us within 14 days for a prompt exchange or full
refund. The goods must be returned unused and in their original
packaging to Palette World. Your statutory rights are not affected
by this additional undertaking:Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)

You have the right to cancel this agreement up to 7 working days
after receipt of the goods and receive a full refund of their cost.
You will be responsible arranging the return and for the cost of
the return of the goods and their packaging. Please make sure that

Transit Damaged Goods
In order to comply fully with our carrier's terms of insurance,
notification of goods damaged in transit must be made by telephone,
fax or e-mail within three days of receipt. Please telephone Palette
